A Vision Quest is a sacred ceremony intended for those who are searching for greater clarity and focus in their lives. It is an opportunity to celebrate life, to experience a new depth of gratitude for the gifts each of us is given every day. From another standpoint, it is a form of meditation and reflection that can elicit deep and lasting change for those willing to explore the pieces of their lives no longer working for them. Once widely performed as a rite of passage by youngsters on the threshold of adulthood, the Vision Quest comes to us from our indigenous ancestors, and can help us understand our greater Truth or purpose in life.

A Sweat Lodge ceremony and sage blessing purify and prepare the Questers to enter their time of visioning. A Vision Quest can be as short as one day or last for 3-4 days or longer. This ceremony can be done with others or alone, and is usually experienced without food or water.
