The Sun-Moon Dance is a ceremonial dance that the Great Creator has offered to all humans who wish to break through their self-imposed limitations-- and expectations. The dance offers to all people the chance to step into their greatest potential.

The Sun-Moon Dance is an intensive, transformative dance. Through the dance we are able to heal old wounds and limited perceptions of ourselves. We break our crystallized forms and old patterns in which we've become rigid. We awaken the inner visionary, and open the doors to our true nature as Light Beings. As we dance we create a vibration in which war, poverty, and oppression are no longer embraced within ourselves and upon this planet.

The Sun-Moon Dance is challenging-- physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Dancers are asked not to eat food or drink water during the dance. Fasting increases the dancers’ vibration, and brings a higher level of opening, awareness, and release. The energy of the dance is held with the highest integrity by the dancers’ sacrifice, and by the attentiveness of the many committed support people.

The dancers are supported by a number of committed people working to help hold the space, and each dancer is encouraged to bring a support person to help.

Dancing helps reveal one’s sacred path. For those who choose to dedicate themselves, there is a four-year commitment to the full dance. Each year the dance continues to accelerate a person’s growth to his or her fullest potential on this planet.
